Cancellation Policy: The Slate will refund half of a booking fee, so long as The Slate receives at least 5 business days’ notice of the cancellation. The Slate shall not refund or return any portion of a booking fee if the cancellation is made with less than 5 business days’ notice of the cancellation.

Our professional studio is 2,000 sq. ft. with built-in lighting and spacious Cyc Wall. We provide a dedicated ramp entrance for easy access. Production rentals are also available, including a 4k camera, a full lighting kit, teleprompter, and built-in system for live streaming.
You must include time for set-up and take down in your start and end times for your rented space.
If you would like to book the studio for a half day (4 hours) or a whole day (8 hours) you will receive a bundle rate for the day.
Bookings outside of business hours (8:30am-5:30pm M-F) are available at a rate of $225/hour.
