You must include time for set-up and take down in your start and end times for your rented space.

The Slate charges a 10% cleaning fee per hour booked in the Team Building Room if catering is involved.

Cancellation Policy: The Slate will refund half of a booking fee, so long as The Slate receives at least 5 business days’ notice of the cancellation. The Slate shall not refund or return any portion of a booking fee if the cancellation with less than 5 business days’ notice of the cancellation.
